When you join the launch list we collect your name, email, location and (optionally) your dog's name. When you create an account we collect your account details and any information you choose to add to your profile. We also collect limited technical data, such as device and usage information, to keep the service running.

We use your information to provide and improve Packwalk, to let you know about walks and features, to process payments, to send launch updates (where you have given marketing consent), and to keep the service safe and secure.

4. Marketing

We will only send you marketing emails if you have given consent. You can opt out at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
